Another night out with friends

We had some great meals in Arequipa. I tried Rocotto Rolleno, a specialty which is a spicy pepper stuffed with mince or vegetables. We also found a fantastic restaurant courtesy of TripAdvisor. Chicken cooked on volcanic rock, a glass of wine 😀 and a rare thing - dessert! The ice cream with the dessert is an Arequipan specialty 'queso helado' - literally 'cheese ice cream'. I was dubious at first but the good news is it is not actually cheese, just called that because it apparently looks like cheese.
