I realized after unpacking, showering and handwashing the day’s clothes, that I was more or less “toasted”. Jackie from hike the Way had warned me that often one feels sleep needs to trip eating. I didn’t want much: found a spot close by, ordered another soup; this one similar to last nights with beans, kale and potatoes.
