Dubai-sunsets, desert, sharks, future

The stop-over that blew my mind. Dubai is BIG! The hotels, the freeways, the shopping malls and the vision are all big. Most of the population are from elsewhere, India, the Philippines and Pakistan provide most of the workers. Their families are in the home country and visits are seldom.
As the sun went down the city lights came on. I lapped it up from the hotel’s infinity pool. I did a city tour but it was the desert, the aquarium, the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future that I will remember.Read more
