Acropolis of Athens

Forgot to post in Athens so this is a combined Greece post of our time in Athens and Andros. We began in Exarcheia an interesting suburb in central Athens and spent out time there in the bars and surplus of op shops. Went to the Acropolis too and it was beautiful but extremely hot; as Rosie said we witnessed a granny collapsing.
N e ways we ferried on over (the seasickness almost took me out) to Andros and stayed in the Lemon Tree hostel whose charm was only amplified by the eccentric owner Miltos. He was a bit scary though can’t lie but he allowed us to experience so much of the island by telling us abt a daytime hike to another town, a hike down to a waterfall and putting us in the know abt a free pool club. Have to say, my favourite part of the hostel experience were all the really lovely friends we made while we were there 🙃🙃Read more
