Lake Kluane

Drove out of Whitehorse around 10. Went to Haynes Junction. Got gas and had lunch. Drove into to Kluane lake. Beautiful area with big mountains, snow covered. Every where has snow on the ground making hiking impossible. There are patches of ground but they are intermittent. We pitched camp on a road that was next to the lake. Had the other buffalo steak and potatoes. Finished the scotch and had a big fire. Beautiful spot. Saw sheep on the mountain next to the Kluane visitor center which was closed.Weiterlesen
