Tok

Left around 8. Stopped at the Kluane River turn out for breakfast. This is a long lake. Still tons of mountains.
Drive over Donjek River and White River, two pretty rivers. Snow on the ground everywhere. You can see the Wrangell mountains that are big and covered in snow. Drove to Tok and tried to watch the last game of the kings and warriors but it was over by that time. Drove about 30 miles south of Tok and found a gravel pit to spend the night. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Had a fire and ate spaghetti. The whole evening we could hear either gun shots or some type of explosive going off not to far from us. We are guessing it is some kind of device that is designed to go off to scare any animals away.Weiterlesen
