Ben Tre

Woke up to the sound of a roommate farting and snoring. This was at 8am. Had a nap until 10am. Got out of bed at 11 and got ready to check out. Went downstairs and waited for my friends. Once they were ready we met in the street and caught a taxi to the main bus depot. Bought tickets and waited for the bus. At 2 we boarded the bus and set off. Took 2hrs to get to Ben Tre. Hoped off at Ben Tre bus depot. The staff at the bus depot kindly organized a taxi for us. Taxi arrived. Got in taxi and headed to the motel. My friends and I got to our rooms and settled in. At 5.45pm we all gathered and went for dinner. Originally we were meant to go for snail pancake but couldn't find the shop. Instead we went to a vegan restaurant. It was tasty and very cheap. After dinner we strolled towards the night markets where I bought another bucket hat. Walked the whole market and set off for home. After about an hour's walk we got back and went to bed.Read more
