Happy 4th of July to all our American friends!

First stop was Burntcoat Head Park, in the Minas Basin, on the west side of the Bay of Fundy. It was foggy, but the views were still spectacular! And guess what? There was a lighthouse!

Toured Fort Anne (Garry would have liked to sample some of that rum) in Annapolis Royal, a sleepy historic town.

Stopped to hike the Clementsport Falls Trail, and we got to view the waterfall from both the top and bottom!

Ended up boondocking on Cape Forchu, just outside of Yarmouth (southern tip of Nova Scotia) with a view of the water, and yet another lighthouse! Watched the ferry come in from Bar Harbor, Maine, and steamed a couple of pounds of mussels for dinner.Læs mere
