Field of Light Dinner ✨

Our final evening in the heart of Australia’s Red Centre was nothing short of magical. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we were welcomed with sparkling wine and delicate canapés, the desert breeze warm and then chilly around us. The setting: tables beneath a canopy of stars, felt like something from a dream. With each course of our three-course dinner, the flavours deepened our appreciation of the land: locally inspired dishes paired beautifully with Australian wines. Laughter and easy conversation flowed, with Jason, Chrys and Susan soaking in every moment of this special night.

After dinner, under the glow of a full moon, we wandered through the mesmerising Field of Light. Thousands of tiny lights pulsed softly across the desert floor, like stars that had fallen to earth. The stillness of the landscape, the gentle rhythm of light, and the quiet companionship made it a truly unforgettable experience.
