Baker William Distillery

Baker William Distillery is a micro distillery located just outside Mudgee town centre. They make handcrafted spirits and liqueurs focusing on regional flavours. They opened in September 2012.

In the beginning Nathan Williams said let's build a disillery and Helen Baker said let's make butterscotch snapps and the rest is history as they say.

It was hard to decide what to select so we purchased 5 different bottles.Read more
