Tamborine Mountain

Today we ventured out to Tamborine Mountain.

The drive took just over 1 hour and it very pretty going up the winding mountain road. Once at the top there is quaint little village with lots of craft stores and cellar doors scattered up and down the streets. We only visited a few but we purchased 2 bottles of wine and 6 bottles of liquors to make cocktails or just to sip.

I am sure there is a lot more to do here but we really only came to check out the distilleries. One distillery Castle Glen had so many to choose from it made it very difficult we did manage to get it down to a few. It might be worth staying in one of the B and B's and stay a few days so we could taste more on our next visit.Læs mere
