Back in Epenarra

Time for a rest and domestics/minor repairs-washing, cleaning etc.
Been searching through the dump to find scrap metal to make a frame to hang the canvas story pictures that the ladies paint- a bit like a clothes rack. Went down to the river this afternoon and cooked a pork roast in the camp over-crackling even. Tim and the kids went for a kayak and Angela swam across to the other side.
A visiting band played some music the other night. Part of an attempt to get all the communities in the Barkley region talking together and mapping out a future. They also put on a free bbq for everyone. Seems like it’s a way to get people to come. Helped Tim hang a car bonnet sign in a tree to try to get people thinking about not getting on the grog.
