Mexico City 4 - Colonia Condesa

Ich muss leider ausziehen aus meinem schönen Hostel, denn ich habe zu spät gefragt, ob ich verlängern kann. Da war es schon voll.
Aber dafür kann ich bei Saloua in Condesa unterkommen. Sie macht da Housesitting und hat eine Schlafcouch über.
Also packe ich meine Sachen und warte im Hostel bis 15h weil ich zu Saloua erst später kommen kann.
Im Grunde ein Chilltag, an dem ich nicht viel mache. Aber Condesa ist einer der schönen Stadtteile und so gehen wir Abends was essen und noch in eine Bar. Und die war toll. Hier wurde die ganze Zeit Indiemusik aus meiner Jugend gespielt: Sisters of Mercy, the Cure, Siouxie etc.
Und die Einrichtung schön Gruftiestyle düster 😅
Bei Saloua zum Abschluss noch 2 Tequila und ein Filmchen. Das war mal ein gemütlicher Tag.

Unfortunately I have to move out of my beautiful hostel because I asked too late if I could extend my stay. It was full then.
But I can stay at Saloua in Condesa. She does housesitting and has a sofa bed.
So I pack my things and wait in the hostel until 3pm because I can't go to Saloua earlier.
Basically this is a chilled day and I don't do much. But Condesa is one of the nicest parts of the city, so we go out to eat and go to a bar in the evening. And it was great. Indie music from my youth was played here: Sisters of Mercy, the Cure, Siouxie etc.
And the interior is beautifully gothic style gloomy 😅
At Saloua we had 2 more tequilas and a little film at the end. That was a cosey day.Read more
