Night train in Thailand 🚊🇹🇭

First we took the ferry ⛴ from Koh Tao to Surat Thani. Per person we have paid 740 Baht (20€), the ride took 3 hours.

From Surat Thani we took the night train 🚊 to Hat Yai. We booked first class for 1173 Baht per person (32€) and had our own cabin.
The cabin was very clean and tidy. 👍🏼
The journey took a total of 5 hours and was really very pleasant. Actually, we had planned to watch the sunrise from the train, but the beds were so comfortable that we slept almost the entire train journey.😅

We can only recommend the night train ride to everyone, it was a unique experience!!

From Hat Yai we continue with a mini van to Malaysia 🇲🇾 on the island of Penang. 🏝
