Saturday was a busy day as we welcomed the customers for the week-end cooking classes. We prepared as usual the trays for the afternoon and teached the kids. It's always fun to work with everyone, we laugh a lot even when everything goes south !🤣
After work we went with Sam to eat 삼겹살 (samgyeosal), that is grilled meat, usually wrapped in lettuce leaves or perilla leaves, with sauces and garlic. How can I say it... it is so delicious that I was mouth watering just seeing the meat getting grilled 🤩
When we were full (너무 배 불어 = neomu bae buleo = I'm full), we went to Changwon to eat (again!!) some grilled chicken from the foodtrucks on the side of the road, next to the bridge. A lot of people where parked along the road and were kind of camping there, with camping chairs, stoves and everything. We were a bit surprised because we did not expected to see people camping right next to the road 🤨 but the view with the bridge in the background was nice for sure !Read more
