Ein kurzes Lebenszeichen von mir, auch wenn es nicht so viel zu erzählen gibt. Aber ich möchte schließlich nicht, dass der Eindruck entsteht ich sei hier nur zum Spaß.😜

Diese Woche ist sehr ruhig. Ein Teil des Teams ist zum Training im Land und ich bin dabei meine Aufgabe abzuschließen. Denn von meinen 7 Wochen in Unternehmen ist nur noch eine übrig.😱

Das heißt Excel Framework („idiotensicher“) automatisieren, Gedanken strukturieren und Präsentation vorbereiten - gestern auch mal bis 2:30 Uhr nachts. Parallel bereite ich mit Diogo, einem Praktikanten vom internationalen Gymnasium, einen Workshop vor, den wir mit dem Management halten wollen, um die Werte des Unternehmens herauszufinden. Eine Umfrage im gesamten Team bietet dazu überraschende Einblicke.

Zum Mittag wurde heute im Office gekocht, es gab Bamboo-Soup. Sparkassentassen, wenn auch älteren Jahrgangs, waren auch zu finden.😉

Zu Beginn meiner Reise dachte ich ja, dass ich einige Kilo leichter wiederkommen werde. Dann bin ich aber in das „Snack-Büro“ gekommen - hier gibt’s immer irgendwas.🤤 und dummerweise setze ich auch hier meinen Teufelskreis aus D fort: ich kaufe Snacks für Kollegen, esse 90% davon selbst, hole Nachschub, denn es war ja für die Kollegen, esse 90% selbst, …😂 Story of my life.😅

A short sign of life from me, even if there is not that much to tell. But I don't want to give the impression that I'm just here for fun.😜

This week is very quiet. Part of the team is in the country for training and I'm about to complete my assignment. Because out of my 7 weeks in the company there is only one left.😱

That means automating the Excel Framework (“idiot-proof”), structuring thoughts and preparing presentations - yesterday sometimes until 2:30 a.m. At the same time, I'm preparing a workshop with Diogo, an intern from the international high school, that we want to hold with management to find out about the company's values. A survey of the entire team offers surprising insights.

Lunch was cooked in the office today, there was bamboo soup. Savings bank cups, albeit from an older vintage, could also be found.😉

At the beginning of my journey I thought that I will loose weight during my journey. But then I came to the "snack office" - there's always something offered here.🤤 and stupidly I'm continuing my vicious circle from GER here too: I buy snacks for colleagues, eat 90% of them myself, get supplies, because it was for colleagues, eat 90% by myself,...😂 Story of my life.😅Read more
