The Mother of all Cook-outs

On this sea-day (lake day?) we have no excursions planned, so the Viking Polaris crew treated us to a cook-out on the open area of deck 6. So while we are snailing our way through the Welland Locks the crew is feeding us.

Again.

The T-bones are an inch and a half thick, and the whitefish is just as good. Both are served with a little tub of chimichurri sauce that is mouth-watering. And if you don’t specify a different beverage, they serve you lemonade. We met Greg and Colleen from New York. He was also a Chinese-Mandarin student at DLI in Monterey a few years after me.
