Day 9 - Last day fishing

Set off after breakfast into a windless scorcher on the beach after exchanging goodbyes with Louis and Charlto.
No action in the morning although Liam was chest deep in the surf till 11am. He really set his mind to it.
I went back to the river mouth and cast a few flies to seemingly nothing.
Went back late afternoon and both Liam and Jaco got stuck into two nice Corvinas just as the sun set. They were pissed off to leave the beach shortly after. Beach patrol only allows 6:00-18:00 fishing. Stole an hour anyway and left after dark at around 19:00. Me and my trusted friend Johnny stayed at the river mouth and cast more flies at a Tarpon-less river.Read more
