Big Sur & Carmel-by-the-Sea

Today we drove the astoundingly beautiful highway one from Monterey to McWay Falls. Basically the Big Sur area. The main stops along the way were the iconic Bixby Bridge, Pfeiffer Beach (known for its purple sand and keyhole rock), and McWay Falls. Then we spent the evening walking around Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA shopping, eating and drinking. Delicious food at Mission Bistro. Tasty drinks at Alvarado St. Brewery.
