Short Ride to Test Legs

We spent the day relaxing at the AirBnB. Unfortunately, my left hip flexor did not survive the travel, cold, and walking as well as I’d have liked. It seized up about 6 miles into my 13.5 mile ride. I spent the rest of the day resting it and try to get it to loosen up. 😕 Lisa took a 40 minute walk to get groceries and find a bicycle shop to borrow a 6mm allen wrench.
