We got up about 7:15 AM and had a nice casual breakfast in our hotel room. Getting on the road at 8:15 AM we were heading east shooting for a 60 mile day with heat warnings.

What a hot ride, i didn’t know you rode over! No wonder you acted a little weird and needed a shower before going to plant the surprise tree. That was certainly a perfect thing as a remembrance. Every year dad contributed to Arbor Day. He loved trees.
