Today we set off from Heathrow to Madrid after a very challenging car journey , horrendous rain all the way .
Good flight with Iberia .
We successfully negotiated the Madrid metro and found our apartment which is very close to the Palacio.
Had a nice meal tonight in a local restaurant where they had a good range of tapas and some delicious jamon . Early night for us after a brief walk to see the sun setting !Lue lisää
