Verde Valley RV Cottonwood,AZ (4/21-4/27

Our time in Tucson went by fast and we need to get moving North. We headed up the hill to Cottonwood. Along the way we passed several donkey crossing signs just North of Phoenix. We have seen this sign many times over the years but have never seen the donkeys.

We also had to take a short detour due to an accident that caused I-17 to be closed. Other than the detour it was an uneventful drive day.

Check out the video at the end. This is someone’s seasonal campsite. They have lots of flowers and hummingbird feeders. We saw 10 to 20 hummingbirds each time we walked by.Read more
