Day 8 of self isolation

Today we walked over 13km next to the lake. It was a beautiful warm sunny day. It made us feel grateful to be here during lock down. In the afternoon we relaxed in the garden reading.

We had a bit of an eventful evening! We caught a couple of guys trying to break in underneath the building. We heard a thud so I'm guessing they tried to boot it. We went outside to see what it was and asked what they were doing and they walked off. Hopefully as they know we're here now they won't be coming back. We told our manager who has informed the police. He also tried to go out looking for them. I wish we took a photo at the time! We then walked around the building for security check. We were outside some of the dorm rooms and kept hearing this knocking it was a bit scary we thought someone was in there.
