Day 9 of self isolation

In the morning I did a body balance class workout that was on tv by Les Mills. In the afternoon we cycled 18.6km. We cycled to Mt Tauhara. We never got the chance to go there before lock down. It was a very hilly hot cycle to get there. Lovely views when we got there though. Enjoyed the cycle all down hill on the way back! We had a nice cold beer on the balcony in the evening.もっと詳しく
