Oklahoma to Texas

Buffalo being raised at last night's RV park. Slide cover cover issue temporarily taken care of by Tom with John's help, a utility knife and 28 zip ties. So Western Oklahoma was very windy. We saw one gas facility, one oil derick and hundreds of wind turbines. Oklahoma soil was terra cotta colored. The landscape was beautiful. It started to rain as we entered Texas. We saw hundreds more wind turbines but too much rain to get photos. We are in Amarillo, Texas for the night. After 3 days of 80/90 degree weather, it is in the 60's here.Leggi altro
