• Karlstejn and Karlovy Vary

    We visited Karlstejn castle that Charles IV built to store his crown jewels. I got a parking ticket because I parked up the hill. The policeman asked me who I voted for
    Then we drove thru Pilzen, didn't like it, and continued to Karlsbad or Karlovy Vary in Czechian.
    We checked in to the Grand Hotel Pupp for 3 nights.
    We ate at Goethe's Pub. I had trout with fried potatoes, and Laura had venison goulash. The trout was fresh, but the potatoes were outstanding. Crispy but with a soft center that melted in your mouth. We then had "Beermisu" for desert.
