Great food tour with outstanding guide Emily (from New Zealand, who married a Dutch guy ). Bitterballen (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitterballen?wpro…) pickled Herring with onions and a pickle) , fried cod, Frite ( delicious French fries). , Poffertjes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poffertjes?wprov=…) aged Gouda cheese and wine, beer.
