3rd on the road

Nach gestrigem intensiven Fahrradtag hat am Ende leider mein Knie (Nicola) geschmerzt und am Morgen wars noch nicht viel besser. Doch nach kurzer aber sehr professioneller Physio-Session und Tape, konnten wir vorsichtlig losfahren! Mit etwas gedrosselten Tempo kamen wir trotzdem voran und es tat sich uns die schönste Landschaft bisher auf!

Morgen gehts weiter die Küste runter und Julia wird uns für ein paar Stunden auf dem Velo begleiten 🎉

After yesterday's intense day of cycling, unfortunately, my knee (Nicola) was hurting at the end, and in the morning, it wasn't much better. But after a short but very professional physiotherapy session and some taping, we were able to set off cautiously! Despite a slightly reduced pace, we still made progress, and the most beautiful scenery unfolded before us!

Tomorrow, we'll continue down the coast, and Julia will join us on the bike for a few hours.Read more
