At 6.30 pm the ranger came and told us we needed to evacuate the park..... three hour drive back at night . Anyway we got back safely but exhausted and hungry. No time for anything just pack up and clear out while we still had some light.
Arrived back in town at 9.30 pm, so made good time getting out.
Saw at least 60 emus and about 30 roos.
Even saw them both on the beach!!
Also saw a small quail on the way out but didn't have time to stop & get a photo unfortunately.Läs mer
