Island and iceberg

For the morning activate we disembarked the ship in the Zodiacs
This is always a major operation involving calling passengers in groups to the Ready room where the yellow parka coats ,life jackets and Wellington boots are kept ....its hard work every time we disembark as all those items have to be worn and water proof over trousers .However its always worth the effort
We went to see an island where storage areas had been created from years ago but may also have been used as graves ...I wasn't really interested but loved the Zodiac ride
In the afternoon we went for a closer look at the Icebergs Thanks to our French Zodiac driver Fabrice ,who seems to bend the rules slightly, I managed to touch the iceberg .
Fabrice drives the Zodiacs rather fast and close to the Icebergs ,skirting round them really close and really fast ..it
was fun..He's the ornithologist on the cruise and is both very knowledgeable and funny with his presentations.His information is delivered in a very heavily French accent but perfect English
In the evening as with every evening we have a Recap of the day ,a discussion about the following day ...and then free time ...
I spent the evening upstairs in the Panorama lounge ...chatting with others on the cruise .Baca lagi
