College Reunion Lunch

Julie and I met each other freshman year when we were pledging Chi Omega and have been friends ever since (minutes a few years as explained in my Badass blog that outlines our 30 year feud but we won't get into that now)
It was a beautiful lunch with her - - three hours of catching up on new news and reminiscing about old memories.
I love it how you can go years without seeing someone and pick right back up where you left off.
Plus I got to check out Columbia University where her daughter goes to school and I picked up a book I've been wanting to read at Book Culture. This book promises to wreck me emotionally and I will be shoving by the end. Not sure why this sounds like a good idea to read but I'll keep you posted.Read more
