Canberra Tag 55

Heute war wieder ein Waschtag. Danach habe ich mal die Powerplate ausprobiert und ein kleines Workout gemacht. Konnte ja leider nicht ins Gym radeln, weil mein Bike ja noch nicht repariert war. Anschließend habe ich dann was gekocht und das Badezimmer geputzt. Danach war ich duschen und habe ein paar organisatorische Dinge erledigt.
Um 5pm habe ich dann angefangen zu arbeiten und habe die beiden Mädels erstmal gebadet und dann war auch schon Dinnertime. Dann haben wir noch ein wenig gespielt und dann habe ich Jayda ins Bett gebracht :)

Today was another laundry day. Afterwards I tried the Powerplate and did a little workout. Unfortunately I couldn't cycle to the gym because my bike wasn't repaired yet. Afterwards I cooked something and cleaned the bathroom. Afterwards I took a shower and did some organizational things.
At 5pm I started to work and gave the girls a bath and then it was already dinnertime. Then we played a little bit and then I put Jayda to bed :)
