We thought we’d try somewhere different on our way back from Elim Beach. The falls were definitely worth a look. On the property the birds spotted were:

These were mostly taken on a friend's place. The Cryptic Honeyeater was a frequent visitor. However, it was nice to see the little pardalote and the monarch amidst the other birds.

We had tried staying here once before but the torrential rain drove us away. We were in the camper trailer back then. It was a lovely camping spot beside the creek.

We had stopped at Jardine Lagoon on a trip to see Copperfield Gorge and said it would be a nice place to stay. And it was! We finally stayed there this year and loved it.
