Organyá

Nach mehreren schlechten Stellplatz-Erfahrungen fand ich schließlich über Campercontact einen Platz in Organyà. Als wir ankamen, war glücklicherweise noch genau ein freier Platz vorhanden, den ich sofort einnahm. Leider bedeutete das, dass mein Nachbar seine Markise wieder einrollen musste, die hier ohnehin verboten war. Auch das Aufstellen von Stühlen ist hier nicht gestattet. Es gibt zwar nur Wasser Ver- und Entsorgung, aber keinen Strom, und man kann den Müll entsorgen, und der Platz ist kostenlos. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen von 12° am Morgen, leichtem Nieselregen und keiner Sonne ist der fehlende Strom das größte Problem.

Nun bleibt die Frage, ob wir weiter in die Pyrenäen fahren oder zurück zur Küste. Freunde von mir sind in Sant Pere Pescador und würden sich freuen, wenn ich sie dort besuchen würde. Allerdings sind die Preise dort sehr hoch. Zwei Wochen auf einem Luxuscampingplatz würden mich 500 € kosten, was mir ehrlich gesagt zu viel ist. Der Platz liegt 40 Minuten zu Fuß von Sant Pere Pescador entfernt, also nicht gerade zentral. Für den Strom allein zahlt man 7,50 € pro Nacht, und die Stellplätze sind oft schattig, sodass man keine Wahl hat, als Strom zu buchen.

Während ich dies schreibe, fängt es noch mehr an zu regnen. Wir sind noch weit entfernt von Jaca, dem Punkt, an dem ich normalerweise die Pyrenäen von Frankreich aus überqueren würde. Wenn die Sonne scheint, ist es hier atemberaubend schön, aber bei Regen fällt die Temperatur, und es fühlt sich an wie ein deutscher November, was man im sonnigen Oktober kaum erwartet.

À part cela, l’aire est correcte. Il n’y a que l’approvisionnement et la vidange d’eau, mais pas d’électricité, et on peut y jeter les déchets. De plus, l’emplacement est gratuit. Avec les températures actuelles de 12°C le matin, une légère bruine et un manque de soleil, l’absence d’électricité est le plus gros problème.

La question qui se pose maintenant est de savoir si nous continuons notre route dans les Pyrénées ou si nous retournons à la côte. Des amis sont à Sant Pere Pescador et seraient ravis de me voir là-bas. Cependant, les prix sur la côte sont dissuasifs. Deux semaines sur un camping de luxe là-bas me coûteraient 500 €, ce qui est trop cher à mon goût. C’est un beau camping en bord de mer, mais il est à 40 minutes à pied de Sant Pere Pescador, donc pas très pratique. Rien que l’électricité coûte 7,50 € par nuit, ce qui dépasse mes limites habituelles, surtout que les emplacements sont souvent ombragés et que vous n’avez pas d’autre choix que de prendre l’électricité.

Pendant que j’écris ceci, la pluie redouble. Nous sommes encore loin de Jaca, le point où je traverse habituellement les Pyrénées depuis la France. Quand il fait beau, c’est un endroit magnifique, mais quand il pleut, la température chute et cela rappelle un mois de novembre en Allemagne, alors qu’on associe souvent octobre au soleil.

After working through all these bad options, I finally found a spot in Organyà via Campercontact. When we arrived, there was thankfully one last space available, which I took immediately. Unfortunately, this meant that my neighbor had to roll up his awning, which was prohibited anyway. It’s also forbidden to set up chairs here, but apart from that, the place is fine. Apart from that, the place is fine. There is only water supply and grey water disposal, no electricity, but you can dispose of your waste, and the site is free of charge. With the current temperatures of 12°C in the morning, light drizzle, and no sun, the lack of electricity is the biggest issue.

The question now is whether to continue into the Pyrenees or head back to the coast. Some friends of mine are in Sant Pere Pescador and would love for me to visit. However, the prices along the coast are a bit discouraging. Two weeks on a luxury campsite there would cost me €500, which is honestly too much. It’s a beautiful spot by the beach, but it’s 40 minutes on foot from Sant Pere Pescador, so it’s not exactly convenient. Just for electricity, they charge €7.50 per night, which is beyond my usual limit, especially since the spots are often shaded and you don’t really have a choice but to pay for the power.

As I’m writing this, the rain is picking up. We’re still far from Jaca, the point where I usually cross the Pyrenees from France.
