Busy few days

We've had a busy few days leading up to the long weekend. Thursday we went to the library for a show about an adventure to find treasure. On Thursday afternoon Evie took my phone for a bath. Not the best idea. It went into a bag of rice overnight to see if we could dry it out.

Friday Meaghan came to watch Evie at gymnastics. Then it was decided that my phone needed to be replaced. A pretty expensive bath toy 😒

So on Saturday it was off to the Apple Store to get a new phone. The guy asked me if there was a reason why i got an iPhone 7 instead of the new 8. I told him it was a matter of about $400 or so!

Saturday evening while Evie is staying with Shawn, meaghan, Daniel, Lauren and I went to Victoria Point for Grill'd and a movie. We saw 'It' (remake of the movie based on Stephen King's book about a killer clown) much to Lauren's disgust! Needless to say, Lauren won't be sleeping well tonight.Read more
