What to do in a very rainy day after swimming lessons? Evie wanted to make a cake. We started making it and I realised we didn’t have enough sugar. So we used brown sugar and it made the cake caramel! Yum! Evie cracked the eggs, poured in the ingredients and turned on the mix master.
