Walks and wines

Fabulous 3 1/2 hour walk to a village called Pinilla de Fermoselle. Picked up by Oscar and driven to a private winery and cheese maker.
Patrick showed us his cellar and very small cheese making factory where he produces only goat cheese.
Had a wonderful picnic lunch sampling three different cheeses and 3 different wines - white, orange and 'special' red. The red was amazing!! 45 min rest then off on a 1 1/2 hour guided tour around the village where we saw some of the mostly abandoned underground bodegas. These bodegas form a labyrinth under the whole town.En savoir plus
