Bernina Express to Tirano

Final sightseeing trip today to Tirano in Italy . I asked and they said we do not need our passports!! Looking like it may be BY FAR our worst weather day. Calling for rain and 34 degrees. At the top of the hill there is NO view and pictures are impossible. The Bernina Express opened 1910 and goes over highest point in Alps.
When we arrived in Tirano the weather was beautiful. No rain and much warmer. Only had time for a quick lunch and the turned right around and headed back to St. Moritz.Read more
