Place des Hero's, Arras, France

This is the Grand Place and Place des Hero's. Basically the town squares of Arras. We were lucky and hit market day. The foods in the booths were amazing. Much of the buildings were destroyed in the two world wars and then rebuilt. There's still bullet holes in the columns. John Kennedy spent a day during the war in one of the buildings in the Grand Place.Læs mere
