Kingman thru Las Vegas to Lee Vining, CA

We chose a new route to get up into the Eastern Sierra’s- going North on 95 up the Eastern side of Death Valley instead of going thru Death Valley in the summer, or up the Western side. We had previously done both😀. This was a beautiful trip filled with high desert views, snaking up and down the high mountain passes and Nevada farmlands until we crossed back into mid-California just north of Bishop to get to our first goal of Lee Vining to see Mono Lake with its’ multitude of craters, and Yosemite from its backside.Läs mer
