Day 14 - Green lake and taurus mountains

Another trip out, this time to the mountains and a trip on a catamaran on the green lake

First stop a mosque, gave Trevor and Stuart a chance to see inside,considering its only a small mosque it was still nice inside.

Then a short stop to see the remains of an aqueduct, then on to ancient Roman town of Lyrbe, it's up in the mountain and god knows why a city would be built in such an inaccessible place, but amazing that you can just wander around at leisure.

Then a coffee stop at an orange grove.

On to see the hydro electric dam on the green lake, which is quite impressive. Then lunch by the green lake, very nice chicken and salad, after which a cruise on the green lake and then home.All in all a good trip although the coach had the family from hell on it, I don't think they stopped jabbering the whole day 😵‍💫Lue lisää
