Day 8 Chania evening "strata"

The strata is a traditional folklore dance done by associations of Crete, accompanied by traditional musical instruments and artists.

It tours the port area of chania with music and songs, which I'm told ends at the Mitropolis square around 21:00.

So before it starts what's better than a refreshing drink and looking at the alleys in the evening 😜

Well the port looks really good as the evening draws in, very busy, in fact it was manic, the strata was a bit of a let down, it was ok but I think I'd expected more, anyhow bus back to apartment 🤓Leia mais
