Day 16 lunch

..stopped for lunch at chef Tan's cooking school, apparently chef Luong Viet Tan was a MasterChef in Australia and he now teaches about self sufficiency by growing the food for his kitchen

He teaches about using food and herbs as a medicine, and his lunch was superb and unlike anything I've tasted on this tripBaca lagi
