Day 2 - From Lake Somerset to Deepwater

We woke up at sunrise and after breakfast we headed south again.
In the first few kilometers we had a stunning view of the lake from above 🌳

Along the way we briefly stopped in Stanthorpe for lunch. The little town was different from what we expected: it looked quite dry and not that fascinating.

We stopped for a swim in a little local swimming pool 🏊

We finally reached Deepwater where we camped in the backyard of a pub for free!
We had a beer and a pizza which was quite heavy, we were very hungry
The pub was very nice and we had a chat with a couple from Brisbane who suggested us some camping spots which sounded really interesting!Read more
