10/8 San Cristobal -> Santa Cruz

Today we booked the 3pm ferry from San Cristobal to Santa Cruz, so we spent the morning picking up laundry, returning our weight belts and walking around to a side of San Cristobal we hadn’t yet explored. There was a nice little boardwalk amongst some mangroves which led to a beach full of sea lions, including a few males making a racket. There were also a lot of marine iguanas! We killed some time playing cards at a waterfront restaurant, before enjoying a not-so-relaxing, quite rough ferry trip to Santa Cruz.Read more
