Melbourne: City Exploring

Spent the day with Lauren exploring the city. It was forecast really hot so we did museum type activities so we didn't get too hot!

Had eggs for breakfast in Lauren's flat with her flat mate Fiona, then we walked up to Botanical Gardens and saw the shrine of Remembrance. Walked into the city and went to ACMI museum in Federation Square. Interesting museum celebrating Australian film and tv people. Had beer in fed square where big screens were showing the tennis. Then went in aboriginal museum which was small but had these interesting tv stands set up with stories from the elders and how they've done a lot for their communities.

Walked past an amazing set of alleys with cool graffiti called Hosier Lane.

Went to local Chinese place and had dumplings for tea in Lauren's rooftop place.Leggi altro
