Raining in buckets, doesn't describe it

This morning it rained like I have never seen before. While the others left early, I decided to use the beautiful hostel and its Internet to do some phone calls and wait till the downpour was over.
Within seconds all paths were flooded and had become an insurpassible mudbath which I was then allowed to experience two hours later when I left. Besides being a mess it was seriously dangerous as paths were washed out, water was everywhere and I had to concentrate totally to not wipe out with this city bike.
After 5 hours of riding like this the next thunderstorm started and I jumped into the next café, and who do I see sitting there, Stefania, Darius and the girl from Belgium. we howled with laughter at this unexpected meeting.
I then continued to Coimbra while they made a detour via Decatlon to replace damaged equipment.もっと詳しく
