Storms

Had a lazy morning as predicted storms arrived. Very heavy rain for most of the morning so we made the best of it. Cooked breakfast all round. Struggled a bit with the oven/hob but we got there. The guys found ping pong bats and ball so set up the dining table and played.
By the afternoon the storm had passed so a few of us took Lucas to the park in town just to get out. Everyone else was happy playing chess indoors!
Got back around tea time and headed to the beach from where all the bars are for some dinner. Had pizza/burger/pasta in a nice restaurant and ate well. Slow walk back, Lucas to bed and played games again as a group. Storms started again - lots of lightning, thunder and heavy rain. Very loud downstairs. We watched the lightning from upstairs over the sea. Mad and intense to watch. More games then went to bed.Read more
