Quick lower back procedure

We had a lovely night at Andre and Mel Smith last night and over a couple of 🍻🍷 Isabel said she is worried about my back giving me trouble on our hike in NZ.

Andre suggested that we come into work with him so Dr Glen Schlaphoff (also from SA) can have a look at my back and maybe give me a cortisone injection.

And just like that, it got done this morning, I am already feeling some plain relief, hope this works and my back and hip pain is a thing of the past.
